Happy Easter! We noticed there's no Google Easter image -- separation of church and Google perhaps. Anyway, the only entries this year came from Lenore's sibs in D.C. I'm told there may still be one coming from aunt Zita, which, technically, is Baltimore, but close enough for a sweep.

Always dependable, Austin and William's ornate and beautifully presented entry is colorful...like them! Congratulations to our winners! First place out of...um...2.
Tracy misunderstood the meaning of "dye" as it applies to eggs and sent an egg that died. He's a little slow, but we love him anyway.

Zita wins the Amish award for noting the natural egg dye suggestions posted earlier and coloring her eggs with onion skins and pomegranate juice. They're beautiful! Also, they are well-traveled eggs, since she brought them to Easter Brunch for their own photo shoot at A&W's (Lenore egged her on to bring them). Thanks to Laura, btw, for being the emailer of entries and not even stealing any.

Alas, Lynda was unable to
thanks for the shout out - home recovering and doing taxes.
ReplyDelete- we looked around the house for our hand painted plaster eggs - but were unable to find them.
