I Love A Parade...When It's Not Raining

So do Kim and Bill, shown here holding our Farmer's Market banner, proving once again that democrats and republicans can work together (that was Bill's line from last year).

Luckily the St. Patty's Day Parade in E. Dundee is the shortest in the world. It goes from one bar to another, so it only takes about 10 minutes. I was recovering from my annual tubercular bout of grossness, and Lenore had just had a chemo treatment ... and it was raining. Woo hoo! It was a good turnout despite the weather, though once again, parade organizers failed to put the horses at the END of the line. Turns out kids will pick bubble gum and tootsie rolls out of horse poop as long as the candy is free.
